Shipping within Singapore

For shipping within Singapore, we use SPX. SPX's SLA is to deliver items within Singapore within 1-3 days. However, we have seen cases where the shipment has taken longer than the SLA of 1-3 days, so this is not recommended if you need it urgently.

For urgent needs: If you need your product by the next day, we can arrange for Grab Express ($16.40) or pickup at our office (near Commonwealth MRT), depending on the availability of our staff. Please contact us via WhatsApp to make arrangement (+65 8494 5691). We'll try our best to accommodate you, but please do bear in mind that we are extremely limited in staff - and will not always be able to accommodate. We beg your understanding.

Shipping outside of Singapore

Unfortunately we don't cater for direct shipment outside of Singapore. You can, however, purchase our products through our distribution partner Tealife.
