• Use a container with a spout so the flow stays smooth and controlled

That said, plant-based milks tend to work especially well because they’re lighter and don’t overpower the matcha and strawberry. If you’re unsure where to start, oat, soy, or almond milk are all great choices.

If you’re using dairy milk, especially a thicker or creamier one, you may want to slightly increase the fruit powder so the fruit flavour still shines through.
